In reality, yes I have to aim, but.this is a video game. This game struggles with the realism/fun balance. We always respawned and kept doing something far away from other teammates. Once my clan got into BF2 we stopped chilling as much and our clan actually stopped growing. You rooted for the survivors and observed. That was probably half the reason I loved R6 was the opportunity to enjoy good company while dead. To help offset the bore of being dead I recommend joining a clan and BSing while everyone waits. They aren't smart about their tactical decisions. But once you let people respawn it changes the entire game. Remaining dead while waiting for teammates to finish the round is tough.

Part of what makes this game good holds it back. It's a great attempt at making a real game. You have to take careful aim at each shot.

You have to carefully consider your environment, everytime you turn a corner. Actually i like pushing myself to play faster or better, but more specifically, I love what forces me to play slow. People will understandably compare this to CS but I'd compare it more to the old Rainbow Six games (pre Vegas). I consider myself a well rounded FPS enthusiast.
